Qatari developer could bring legal action against Carillion

The Qatari developer accused of withholding fee from Carillion and contributing to its cave in is known to be taking into consideration legal action against the corporate to recoup £200m it says it’s owed.

Msheireb Properties stated it’s “exploring all legal options” after former Carillion leader government Richard Howson positioned a lot of the blame for the outsourcer’s downfall at its door.
