We are in search of a Key Account Manager to enroll in our Client Concept department.

Also, he’ll supervise the Sales’ workforce and supply management against the fulfillment of extreme profitability and expansion in keeping with corporate imaginative and prescient and values.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop trade plans and gross sales methods for the marketplace to amplify the client base and make sure fulfillment of corporate gross sales targets and profitability.
  • Set Target by means of Brand, Family, Customer & salesman to make sure that all body of workers have transparent goals & goals.
  • Control bills to satisfy funds pointers.
  • Manage Rebate settlement with Retailers and make sure expansion & Profit.
  • Manage the efficiency and construction of the Key Account Executives and Conduct one-on-one overview with all Account Executives to construct simpler communications, to know construction wishes, and to offer perception for the development of Account Executives’ gross sales and process efficiency.
  • Ensure Products list & Distribution are on time and in keeping with Brand Principal Direction.
  • Assist within the construction and implementation of promoting plans as had to building up marketplace proportion.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager to forecast the orders as in line with the gross sales plan.
  • Provide well timed comments to senior control referring to efficiency in line with “Key Account” to make sure set goal is accomplished.
  • Control credit score restrict in line with buyer to make sure selection of fee on time.

  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION


    • Minimum Qualification:
      Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Equivalent revel in.

    • Minimum Experience:
      four-five years in Sales Management with no less than 1-2 years in FMCG or Home Appliances.
